Full terms of service are in preparation. Until publication, every PCS transaction is governed by the liability framing below, the refund policy linked from this page, the disclosures presented at Stripe checkout, and the counterparty identity stated below.
What you are buying
A Provenance Confidence Score (PCS) — a probabilistic verification report on a single object. The output is one of six states (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Unscored, Flagged, Withheld) with a confidence interval and disclosure paragraph.
This Provenance Confidence Score is a probabilistic verification report based on digital data analysis cross-referenced against the veradis.ai knowledge graph. It is intelligence, not insurance. The PCS reflects the probability of identity match, custody continuity, material integrity, and risk-profile cleanliness based on available data at the time of query. It does not constitute a legal certificate of authentication, a guarantee against loss, or an indemnity against fraud. For high-value transactions, buyers should conduct physical inspection by a qualified specialist. veradis.ai is not liable for financial loss resulting from reliance on this report.
Refunds
If the report comes back Unscored — we have insufficient data to give you a confident answer — it is free. Full refund. No questions.
A Flagged report is not a refund event. If our network finds evidence the object is counterfeit, stolen, or inconsistent with the manufacturer's record, that is the answer you paid for. We will deliver it with sources, and you will keep it.

Appeals
A Flagged finding carries a 14-day appeal window. Curator-mediated review within five business days at appeals@veradis.ai.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
The PCS report is generated and delivered immediately on payment. EU and UK consumers are asked at checkout to confirm immediate delivery and to acknowledge that they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is generated, per Directive 2011/83/EU and its UK transposition.
Counterparty and governing law
Counterparty: Veradis Intelligence INC. (BC1492323, British Columbia, Canada). Stripe KYC currently on file as NNEAR AI INC. pending BC certificate of name change. Governing law: British Columbia. Forum: Vancouver, BC. From July 2026, new transactions may originate against Veradis Intelligence SARL (Vaud, Switzerland), with Vaud law and Lausanne forum — customers will be notified before any flip-over and transactions in flight remain under BC law.
